All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall compilation of content (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of Goa Games or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The name Goa Games, its logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of Goa Games. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any trademark without our express prior written consent.
Restrictions on use
No Content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of Goa Games. Unauthorised use of any Content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
User-submitted content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Site, including feedback, suggestions, or comments, you grant Goa Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content worldwide in any media. Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Goa Games does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goa Games, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Goa Games's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Goa Games in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim or ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goa Games and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
